In what ways are Ralph and Jack similar in personality, and in what ways are they different?

Ralph and Jacks personalities are similar because they both are leaders but in different ways. Ralph is more of a relaxed, childish kind of leader and may have his moments of being a strong leader but he isn't like that all the time. Jack is more of a stern and serious leader, and is more head strong. For example Ralph was more focused on the names of everyone, blowing on the conch, and joking around while he, Simon, and Jack were on their expedition. Meanwhile Jack on the other hand was more focused on exploring, and getting everyone rescued from the island they were on.
